Body Empires Return Policy

All of our products are manufactured using the finest grade materials. All sales are final. The nature of our business does not warrant returns. Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

• You contact us within 2 days of receiving the jewelry.


• The item received is defective.


• The item received is not what was ordered (wrong color, wrong size, etc.)

If you do have to make a return please email us explaining your reasons for why you would like to return the item. Once we respond and agree that it is a legitimate return, you may then mail it back to us with the original invoice and a copy of the email (there will be no exchanges without our email) saying it is ok to return the item to:

No credits or refunds will be issued for returned items. The item will be replaced with a new one and shipped back to you immediately.

We will not return or exchange items if you order the wrong size, gauge or style, or decide that you do not want the item. If you are unsure of how an item will look or if you feel it might be too big or too small please contact our sales department if you have any questions before making a purchase. This will insure a more informed order.
